SurgeVest, operated by AM Clubhouse LLC, offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with opted-in leads and clients regarding appointment reminders, strategy call confirmations, lead follow-up, and business updates related to our motivated seller lead generation and CRM services for real estate investors.

By submitting your phone number through the opt-in form on surgevest.com, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from SurgeVest at the phone number you provided.

2. Types of Messages You Will Receive

Once you opt in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages from SurgeVest:

• Appointment reminders for scheduled strategy calls
• Strategy call confirmations and rescheduling notifications

Message frequency depends on the type of messages you opt in to receive:

• Transactional messages (appointment reminders, strategy call confirmations, service follow-up) — message frequency is appointment-based. You will receive messages related to your scheduled calls and inquiries.
• Marketing & promotional messages (special offers, business updates) — you may receive 2–4 messages per month.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SurgeVest by submitting your phone number through the booking form at surgevest.com. Clear consent language is displayed before submission. By providing your phone number and submitting the form, you confirm your express written consent to receive SMS communications from SurgeVest.

You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. Simply reply STOP to any SMS message from us. Upon receiving your STOP message, we will send one final confirmation SMS. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from SurgeVest.

To rejoin, sign up again at surgevest.com as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and conditions.
